One Piece Filler List 2026: Every Episode to Skip (And the Few Worth Watching)
One Piece (Toei Animation, 1999–present) has over 1,100 episodes and no signs of stopping. For new viewers, that number is intimidating. For anyone who has started and gotten stuck in a filler block, it can feel like the story will never move forward. This guide gives you every filler episode and arc, explains which are worth watching, and gets you back to Eiichiro Oda's story as fast as possible.
One Piece's filler percentage sits around 9% — far lower than Naruto (41%) or Bleach (45%). That's still roughly 99 episodes you could skip. Here's exactly what to cut.
What Is Filler in One Piece?
Filler refers to anime-original content not adapted from Eiichiro Oda's manga. Toei Animation inserts filler episodes and arcs when the anime catches too close to the manga's publication pace. Filler episodes have no impact on the main story — characters gain no abilities, no major plot points occur, and none of it is referenced again.
One exception: some episodes are "mixed" — they contain both canon and filler content. These are marked separately below.
